Returns

Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund within 30 days.

If you would like a credit or exchange you have an extended period of 60 days. If you would like an exchange, we offer FREE exchanges (for mainland UK orders only). This does not include SALE items.

You will find a returns form and instructions included with your delivery. Your parcel can be collected from you or you can drop it into a local drop shop to save you waiting in.

Items returned for a refund are covered at your own expense. We recommend Royal Mail as they now collect from you and can bring the label: Royal Mail Send.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
• Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition.
• We cannot accept any items which have been specially manufactured to your specification unless previously agreed. We may have to ask for a restocking fee for boot and plate combos that have been made for you if we agree to exchange.
• All returns are to be accompanied by the sender's name and address, and reason for return.
• We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered — please retain your proof of postage, you may require it in the event of a claim with your carrier.

International Returns

Apologies, we cannot cover costs to send out replacement items to international destinations. If you would like to exchange items, you will be contacted with a request to cover the shipping costs to get the replacement to you.

If your item is returned for a refund, you will be refunded the full amount of the order, minus the shipping costs paid.

POLITE NOTICE: Please do not return skates which have been used or tested. We are unable to accept returns showing any signs of this. If we receive an item that we consider used, we will need to request the cost of returning it to you.
